Transfer market ban

I just got an email from ea informing me about transfer market ban due to use of bots or moddified companion app. This must be a mistake. I never used anything beside the web app or offical companion app since I started ultimate team with fifa 22 so this must be a mistake. Even when i clicked on the link to see my penalty it said no penalty history and i couldn't find what i did wrong.
