Transfer market banned on web/companion app

I’ve been wrongfully banned on the companion/web app simply because I’m trying to road to glory this year and not pay to win. I’ve not used an “auto” or a “sniping” anything. Any activity has been me. I’m not denying I may be using something unsolicited like an ad blocker. However this is not intentional and because I don’t understand settings,Cooke’s,cache etc I don’t know what’s wrong. I can’t even send an email because the capcha thinks I’m a robot. Its happened in previous years however I couldn’t be bothered to report it because I wasn’t bothered about trading. If I can’t trade then I’ll just never buy an ea title again. All im asking is how to actually appeal it properly and get my email and situation sent without being told “web page failed to load” I know the reasons why but don’t know what’s wrong and how to fix it.
