Transfer Market Bug

Had the game over a month, over 2 days played on UT, all foundation objectives completed (other than market mastery list a player and create 3 listings). 

When ever I try to sell a player it says wait 24 hours for full transfer market access… I’ve waited a month now never mind 24 hours - still not fixed
