Transfer market not unlocking

I have completed all relevant objectives and the transfer market isn't unlocking on console. Up until today (26/09/25) I could use the transfer market on the companion app now it won't let me buy or sell players. Please find attached the picture showing the error message I get any help would be grateful oh I'm on PS5.
