Transfer market won’t let me buy/list players

First time I played the game in a few years. I bought the pre edition, had a transfer block due to not completing the challenges. I’ve grinded the game, done all the challenges over a week ago and still I’m unable to buy any players. It comes up with a message saying come back in 24 hours. So not sure what to do as I’m grinding and like to play fut champs on Xbox one
