Rush on Xbox doesn't work "No current events available"

I can't play Rush on Xbox, apparently my friend can't play on PS5, too. He invited me and when he was searching for a game a text appeared on his screen that said "One of your players can't play, because he doesn't have 5 items" Whatever this means. What 5 items??? But on my screen a text appeared that said "There are no current Rush events..." What are you doing EA 😂
