Ultimate Team Access Locked After Event Glitch

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Ultimate Team access on my account.
While playing an Ultimate Team event that requires 3 different squads for 3 matches, a glitch occurred where the squads were not registered correctly.
After completing the matches, Ultimate Team became locked and now shows the message “Ultimate Team is currently unavailable”.

This issue started at 5:00 PM on PlayStation 5 and has not been resolved after waiting several hours and restarting the game and console.
My account is not banned, and this appears to be a soft lock caused by the event.

I kindly request a manual Ultimate Team access reset or escalation to the technical team to resolve this issue.
