Ultimate Team Doesnt Work

I load into the game, then try to get into ultimate team but it says it failed to connect and returns me to the main menu. I live in New Mexico I don’t know if this is a server issue or what. I’m able to play any other mode except for Ultimate team, please give guidance on the issue.

So far I have power cycled and restored my liscense to the game.
