Ultimate team is not possible at the moment

I keep having this msg from 48 hour after complaining about guntlent bug that matches wasn’t counted and now i cant even logged in to ultimate ( play stayion 5 ) no internet service issue as any other account logged in perfectly on my console

customer support didn’t even bother themselves, they always says to me we r working to solve its soon , what’s then meaning of soon in their dictionary 

finally now i missed a lot of rewards packs from the rush that expires after 4 hours and guntlent packs that didnt count before ultimate crash and camping obj 

what will going happen with this missed packs and rewards, when ultimate will works again , when guntlent match that i played will counted 

we pay money and the return is nothing for 48 hr 

I even try to know from the customer support live chat to know the escalation of complaint and he never says to me the steps , always same response: we are working to solve the issure soon
