Ultimate team not logging in

fc 26 ultimate team not logging in, “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.”
i get this message, how to fix?

Inactive screen popping up despite playing
Played 2 division rivals games in which the inactivity warning was in the middle of the screen the whole time. Could not see the ball or anyone within that box. I was playing the whole time.
