Connection Problem
Hello,
For more than a week, I have been experiencing a serious issue in Ultimate Team online matches in FC 26. Whenever my opponent leaves the match, the game also disconnects me and shows a “connection lost” message. Even though I do not have any internet connection problems, none of the methods I tried have solved the issue.
I reset my network settings and tried many other troubleshooting methods, but the problem still persists. I am absolutely sure that my internet connection is stable, yet I still cannot get past this issue, and because of it I am unable to properly play any game mode.
The problem also occurs even if neither my opponent nor I leave the match. As soon as the match ends normally, the game gives me a “connection lost” warning and sends me back to the main menu. During the match itself, I do not experience any lag, disconnections, or network interruptions.
The issue only happens when either side leaves during the match or when the match finishes normally. In both cases, I am sent back to the main menu, and the matches I won are counted either as losses or as if they were never played.
I urgently need help with this problem, as I still have not been able to play my Weekend League matches because of it.
