Ultimate team

Day 5 of asking for help as I still can't log in because of a glitch in gauntlet 4 , and now I can't log into ultimate team , it just says connecting to ultimate team is not possible at this moment , there's nothing wrong with the servers or my wifi as I played other Ea games perfectly fine on low ping , please fix this issue.
