EA pleas respond

Once again i am writing a forum because no one from EA can be bothered to respond, this has been going on far to long its an absolute joke.

for the past 7 days my boyfriend has been unable to play fc26 every time he loads up ultimate team it just freezes and won’t let him advance any further but it lets him play seasons?(see picture below.)  He’s looked, commented & even made his own forum (because he isn’t the only one with this issue.) He’s missed out on SBC’s and other content, he can’t open packs he basically can’t do anything because no one has an answer & no one is replying either , other people have commented suggesting to delete squads on web app , he has tried that. also tried deleting & redownloading the game , reset wifi etc nothing is working.

To be quite honest it’s really frustrating because it’s impossible to speak to anyone , there’s no phone number , no live chat there’s nothing to communicate other than these forums which is absolutely ludicrous, so if someone has any other suggestions or someone from ea would like to respond please do so

  • Have ya'll tried using a different account? Maybe he got banned or something.

    Also, what platform is he on?

  • Izzy_FUT_Dubs​  he’s not banned because he played a game of seasons last night & nintendo switch, he isn’t the only one experiencing , when he clicks ultimate team it just stops and nothing else loads it’s just the background

    this is what I found (and I really hope it works for ya'll):

    "go to ea fc webapp create a new squad make it active (keep it blank) give it 1 min and restart the ea fc on your pc / console this should fix it"

    OP from this post said to wait 30 min if it doesn't.

    Do let me know if this did or did not solve the issue for you. I'll see if anyone can forward this issue from my side to the right team(s).

    Darn. :( I think at this point he should contact Nintendo and request a refund. I've been looking for answers and this seems to be a reoccuring issue over the last couple of years. I think EA mainly focus on PC/Xbox/PS; I had even forgotten this game was available on Switch.

    Izzy_FUT_Dubs​   i’m sorry but i disagree he shouldn’t have to request a refund from nintendo switch , it’s nothing to do with them , it’s ea that’s the problem , he had fc25 on it last year and it all worked perfectly fine never had an issue & he’s had fc26 game since it came out in September (ultimate edition) and it’s only just started doing this glitch the past 11/12 days , like i said he can get on seasons he played a game of that the other day to make sure the whole game wasn't broke , he’s just cannot access ultimate team everytime he clicks it ,  its just the stadium background and nothing else loads further
