EA pleas respond
Once again i am writing a forum because no one from EA can be bothered to respond, this has been going on far to long its an absolute joke.
for the past 7 days my boyfriend has been unable to play fc26 every time he loads up ultimate team it just freezes and won’t let him advance any further but it lets him play seasons?(see picture below.) He’s looked, commented & even made his own forum (because he isn’t the only one with this issue.) He’s missed out on SBC’s and other content, he can’t open packs he basically can’t do anything because no one has an answer & no one is replying either , other people have commented suggesting to delete squads on web app , he has tried that. also tried deleting & redownloading the game , reset wifi etc nothing is working.
To be quite honest it’s really frustrating because it’s impossible to speak to anyone , there’s no phone number , no live chat there’s nothing to communicate other than these forums which is absolutely ludicrous, so if someone has any other suggestions or someone from ea would like to respond please do so
