Unable to access online feature

I keep getting this error message “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more.” I tried everything changing the dns ,network , 2fa restoring license nothing works its been days at this point i need help

it seems to be triggered by staying in ultimate team and putting the pa5 and rest mode then having the internet connection disconnect while in rest mode or at least thats my theory for the bast days but today i just signed out normally and closed the pa5 but when i tried to log back in same error

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I moved your thread out of the bugs forum since this isn't actually a bug. Many games will behave this way when he console goes into sleep mode. You should be able to completely close down the game and load back into it again to reestablish the connection.

    Sir its been two days since i last signed into ultimate team i have not been able to access UT i closed the game changed internet uninstalled changed dns lan and wifi  every fix that has been mentioned in the forums and discord nothing works, it even used to have fc24 working for me but now not even that game is working i don’t have any other ea games to try but idk man this is getting so frustrating

    I gave up on a solution ive seen people saying the problem persisted for weeks im gonna stay off the game until idk tots ends and hopefully an update will fix this mess

    Sorry about that. Let's try power cycling your equipment with these steps to see if that takes care of it.

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again


    Let me know if that helps or not.

    Experiencing the same issues since yesterday. I followed the steps, that didn’t help.

    Hi there. As a test, please switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if that works or not.

    I am from Arizona, an i just started having the same issue as of tuesday 5/26. The game launches with the unable to connec message right away, then after a few tries it lets me connect to the servers. When accessing UT, it takes about 4-6 mins to launch, once inside even navigating takes long period of time to loads.  Once you get to any tab it takes ages to access them and then i get a lot of small crashes that will take me back to the UT menu. If i start a match when i can the game will feel normal, i may be available to play a game here and there but i also get random disconnects out of nowhere and then start the proccess all over again,  Also if i go back to the main menu of the game from UT it takes a long time to load as well. even when just sitting on the UT menu i see a lot the FC loading logo a lot of times. 

     

    I have reset router( i can play other games fine with zero disconnects or issues connecting to their servers)

    I have cleared the PS5 catche as well( first thing i did)

    I have deleted all saved files on PS5 drive and unistall the game and istall again( once i did that the games started to take longer to load)

    I have deleted all in-game save files

    I have deleted all squads from UT thought the companion app.

    Hello... I am facing this same problem for the past 3 days as well. I can't even access the FC 26. However I am able to access my FC 25 Online. This is happening to every mode that needs to connect to the EA Servers. I usually play the Seasons.

    Let's make sure a proper power cycle of your equipment is done. Please follow these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again


    If that doesn't help, as a test, switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot. That will help narrow down what's causing this. Thanks!
