Unable to complete foundations EVO to unlock transfer market

I’ve completed the foundation EVO objected but it hasn’t picked up I’ve completed it and my transfer market is still locked and the only objective I’ve got left I’ve already completed so that’s not an option to re do it anyone else had this issue ?
