Unable to connect online to FC 26

I have tried to set up a new account. try to enter ultimate team, try to start with kick off. Restarted my Xbox, restarted the game.

I actually set up the new account, it worked but then I still couldn't connect online on my FC 26 on my Xbox Series S.

Issue started as soon as I updated the FC 26 that, 4gb update
