Okay, so a solution that worked for me was to reinstall the EA App. Obviously this is only useful for those on PC.
Make sure you uninstall the app from windows settings then reinstall by downloading from the EA website.
If the app is not showing up in installed apps then repair the app using the downloader from EA. You can then uninstall from windows settings.
EA if you could let me know who was in my match after I played around 7pm AEST so I can block them that would be appreciated. It was the first Rivals game right after a FUT draft game.
did not work for me... still can't play Rivals...
