• Were you ever able to successfully access Clubs or Season Pass before? When was that or what changed? Almost one week

Your account is far less secure if you turn of 2FA. While it may be a workaround for this, you will be susceptible to having your account stolen. So please enable it again as soon as possible.

I fixed mine today I tried everything and nothing worked, you have to go to help.ea.com log into ur account and turn off 2fa. Yes it sounds very odd but trust me it should work

I’m getting “service is currently experiencing high volume of server traffic” on ultimate team, but can play other modes. Also on trial

Same, every game mode i can play freely but only clubs not and also why isnt the season pass working. 

EA need to fix their game asap.

I'm having the same issue since today. Cannot access Clubs and also cannot access the Season Pass. I'm on PS5

I found that unlinking and relinking or just logging back in seemed to fix it for me 

I haven’t seen a solution but there are new people with this issue. Including me.

Has there been a solution found for this issue yet, I'm not seeing any new people with this issue but i also don't see any direct fix for it

Still having the same issues till date. I’m on the PS4 version of the game on a PS5 trying to play with my friends and it’s kicking me out with the “Can’t connect to EA servers” error which doesn’t make sense since everything else that requires a connection to EA Servers works ok.

They just said they fixed it but it’s still not working for me 

Having the same issue it's so annoying we pre ordered the game for this they haven't even said anything yet I'm not sure if they are gonna fix this or nah 

every time I log into the game it takes 10 minutes to load. It then either logs me or says can’t connect to ea servers. Then when I go into clubs it again take 10 minutes to load or says can’t connect to servers. I try to upgrade my clubs player… disconnect and doesn’t apply attributes. I play a clubs game… game ends disconnected no xp no rewards what so ever. I am missing 15 games worth of rewards, not to mention I paid $100 for these **bleep**ty **bleep** servers, wtf you had a year to figure this out.

Yesterday I was unable to play clubs, I tried again after 2 hours of midnight and it worked fine with me, now I’m trying to play but the same problem again, i think after maybe 30 minutes I can play as what happened yesterday

I play pro clubs with my friends on ps4 version but every time I play ultimate team on ps5 version of the game and switch back to ps4 version to play pro clubs it says “ unable to connect EA servers”. It only works again if I uninstall the ps4 of the game and install it again without login into ps5 version of the game. They need to fix this problem.

I purchased the Ultimate Edition to play early with my friends, but now I'm unable to connect. My friends are in Brazil, and I'm in Canada. Every time I try to search for a match, I can't connect; I get a "Connection Lost" message.

My friends can connect without me, but I'm stuck and can't connect.
