Unable to connect to server

Anyone else that plays on Nintendo Switch? I cannot get the device/account to connect the past four days, despite re-setting the modem, archiving the game, emptying the cache and re-link the accounts. I was in contact with the so called "support" which was just a waste of time. 

• Has anyone found a permanent solution?
• Or has anyone asked for the money back for the game since you don't get what you paid for?
