With all due respect multiple people are having the same issue. It can’t be an internet service provider issue because everyone is using different providers. My game lags out after every game, sbc even looking at evo players. I pay a lot of money for fibre optic, ultra fast internet and when I go on speed checker there’s no issues whatsoever. You advising us to connect to a mobile hotspot whilst paying a lot of money on internet providers just to play a laggy, game that constantly crashes, Makes no sense at all, surely the issue is with EA’s servers??? 

I did connect with Jio Fiber. They came home, reset my router and checked everything. But could not find any fault in Jio

I am currently using Jio Fiber & they do not allow to disable ipv4.

Did you try changing the IPv as I mentioned?

Not for me , I am still not able to connect to the server & if I can somehow get in the menus are lagging a lot & will automatically kick me out of ultimate team.

It was Gauntlet Tournament issue. Once Gauntlet 5 was over. Everything just turned normal magically. I am now scared of Gauntlet 6 starting in 2 days 🫣

Try disabling IPv4 so you're just using IPv6.

There are 4 different IPv’s 

IPv4

IPv 6 ( Primary & Secondary )

Go to the network settings on your console and let me know what it says for the NAT type as well as IPv.

It still didn’t work on mobile hotspot.

Hello. As a test, please try switching your connection to a mobile hotspot. Again, this is just a test. Let me know if that works or not. Thank you.

Its a known issue and worldwide phenomenon but EA  is busy hosting pros. Not even responding in forums.
