Unable to find teammates in Pro Clubs Rush matchmaking

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a persistent matchmaking issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation 5.

My EA ID is Z1etallica, and my PlayStation Network ID is Z1etallica.

When I search for a Pro Clubs Rush match by myself, the game keeps searching for teammates for a long time and eventually displays the message that it was unable to find players.

However, if another player invites me to their party, I can join matches normally without any connection issues.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Changed to a different Pro Club.

Restarted the game and the console.

The issue was previously occasional but has now become permanent.

The problem only occurs when I search for matches alone.

Since I can play normally after being invited to another player's party, I believe there may be an issue with my EA account or with the matchmaking service associated with my account.

Could you please investigate my account and verify whether there are any matchmaking restrictions or server-side issues affecting Pro Clubs Rush matchmaking?
