Unable to get into ultimate team - PS5 - Sydney Australia

Question

After launching the game, it freezes for a while right after the EA servers screen before eventually loading the main menus. When entering Ultimate Team, the game freezes again for an extended period, then finally loads the Team of the Week (TOTW) screen. It stays stuck on that screen for a long time before displaying an error message saying that connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment — making it completely impossible to play.&nbsp;

I'm also having the same issue since the early access. Sometimes it works for me if I switch to hotspot. However,&nbsp; it's frustrating and EA should compensate us for these errors.&nbsp;
