Unable to list players due to error

I am unable to list players in game client, webapp and companion app. The game tells me that I have reached buy/bid limits and must wait 24 hours. I am on PC and have already completed the objectives and had market access unlocked. I used the market almost a week. When I try to list players on the companion app, I receive the the error in attached image. I have created a case but advisor offered no solution and told me the open a discussion in this forum.
