Unable to Log In to FC 26 Servers

Already connected on Ethernet, tried all the troubleshoot steps based on what the ea Help person told me, and still couldn't connect to fc 26 servers. Tried Fc 25 and FC 24 and the servers are working and I can even search for opponents. Two of my friends in Hong Kong, all experience the same issue now with FC 26.
