Re: I can't login into the FC 26 web app and the companion app

I have EA Play on PS4. I successfully dowloaded the free trial of the game and was able to play it for few hours already. I was playing FC24, but not FC25. However, all this time I am unable to access Companion App and Web app. I am keep getting this message below:

We’re currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate Team experience.

That's pretty annoying, as I wanted to test some things, try to earn some coins, etc. Also, this message I've got yesterday from 3 pm constantly, on various devices and various browsers. Definitely I have a club, I have normal access there, but I fail to login.

Did anyone had similar experience? Is there anything that helps solve it?

This is likely because you haven't played FC 25 on that account to unlock early Web and Companion AppsYou will need to play FC 26 in order to unlock it.

I have the same issue. I have EA play so I have already played Ultimate Team on FC 26, but I still can't log in

Yes, I understood it from previous notions. However, as I wrote - I already played like 5h in the game, logging in on PS4 multiple times. So I think this is not an issue. Or, at least, shouldn't be.

You need to play the full game version on your account, not just the trial. You must also log in to Ultimate Team™ and create an Ultimate Team™ Club in EAS FC 25 on your platform before August 1, 2025, to be eligible for early access to the EAS FC 26 Web and Companion Apps.

Now it is 19.09.2025. I have created club on Webapp in September 2024 in FC25 - but I didn't find the game interesting, and in the end I haven't played the game at all on my platform. Now, I've got EA Play and within this I am playing Trial version of FC 26, I played already 5h.
So, how I can unlock the Web App and Companion at this point?
Or I simply can't and that's it? Buying the full Standard edition of FC26 now will change somehting, or I still need to wait till 26.09? Or even then I won't be able to access those Companion apps?

we have done this though, I have like 2000 hours of play on FC25 and played all through August, i keep getting a server error every time i try to login, on different devices and browsers/apps. I have paid for early access, but I am unable to access it early through the companion app while i am on holiday... there will be no fix and no compensation, it is not good enough from a billion dollar corporation, constantly ripping of their players

i have already ultimate team in fc26 and played many matches but i still can not logged on the companion app.
with messages you looks like you dont have an ultimate team

Hi, I have FC 25 on the PS5 and have played a lot recently (yesterday). I am completely signed out of the game on the PS5 and I am having the same issue. I can not access the web companion on either pc or mobile getting the exact same error as the original poster. Please can someone get in touch or investigate this? I managed to log on to the companion app for say 15 seconds one time, where I could select my beginner pack - then it kicked me out and havent been able to enter it since
