Unable to run FC 26 game (windows)

Hello there,

I bought FC 26 yesterday (bundle with FC25 included too) on Steam for my 11 year old son and also recently bought an ASUS Geforce GTX 1660 SUPER Graphics  card to help me run the game.

When I load the game it loads up the orange EA Sport app and then the FC 26 square box pops up with the progress loading bar, and it shows EA Anticheat loading etc, and carries on loading a bit further and then closes (and Steam goes back to step one saying 'Play').

I've repaired the AntiCheat app and i'm stuck on knowing what to do.

I'm running an HP Z800 Workstation computer with 2x INTEL XEON E5630 CPU and 28GB of RAM and the ASUS GEFORCE GTXX 1660 SUPER (GFX) - On Windows 10 (64bit).

Any help would be great. I've updated Direct X and have been doing bits of research.

Should I share my DX Diag file? Would that help?

I'd be so grateful if someone could help me load this amazing game for my son.
