Hello,
please help, I am currently unable to submit a ban appeal after my account was compromised and keep getting a message displaying ‘case can not be created’
EA support tells me to keep trying the same form, but I get the same message every time. I have cleared cache and reinstalled browser to no avail.
Please help I just want the ban lifted

Same issue on 2 different PCs, I’m really frustrated now I’ve been a customer since 2003
Literally same thing has happened to me they was quick to recover my account etc but they can’t give me my players back and coins until ban is lifted and i do all the right things and it says same ‘case not submitted’ spent so much time and money and missing out on on the scare event too.
I’ve tried on my phone using safari, google and firefox and also on my iMac and still getting no joy
im absolutely livid and don’t wanna do anything incase it resets and anything i do do gets wiped. Ive spoke to the help people and all they say is they can’t help and to appeal the ban
