unavailable game pass

Everytime i log into the ps5 edition ultimate team and then go onto the ps4 edition, it says "The season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass" and doesnt allow me to go into clubs. But it works perfectly fine on the ps5 edition. Does anyone know how to fix it or what i could do?
