Unexpectedly high ping ( important please read)

My ISP literally told me . That they have done thier part and provided excellent customer services . Now its time for EA to do the same . They cant do the request  and they said im the customer  i should request the help from you 

Bare in mind this could be a fix to alot of issues because EA is also investigating players having unexpectedly high ping and the engineers might be not aware that its caused by routing  . This should be escalated nonetheless
