unplayable because of imput delay and laggy

I got the game like a week ago and have not finished a single game. At first the game was running good until like the 60th when the game showed a sign that the match resault is checked or something like that. Now every game is perfect until the half time where it feels like having 10 FPS and thats exactly on half time.
