Unplayable on PC

Ever since the latest update (patch 1.4.1 or whatever it was), the online game modes have been completely unplayable. Everything worked fine before this update was released. I can't play Rivals, C...

Same issue on PC. Gameplay slows down during matches with heavy input delay.
