Unresolved FPS issue on PC

It's so frustrating. People pay money for this man. It's one thing to have bad game play but this FPS on PC issue is just unacceptable. 

In order for me to play 60fps smoothly I have to do a ritual of playing 1 - 3 moments games until I trigger the FPS to drop. Then I have to quit UT and go into the main menu. Go back into UT, play 1 - 4 moments games to restore the FPS to 60fps. It's exhausting. 

Why does the game STILL keep dropping to 1 - 12 frames. 

This recent update seems to have made it even worse. The game is unstable and unplayable.

Are you actually listening to the community? I can't even take patch notes seriously anymore because the things you say you resolved still appear to not be fixed. 

If you fix any issue this year, this should be at the top of your list. Too many people have flagged this issue. It can't go on like this.
