Updating ps name

Hi,

I recently changed my PlayStation Network (PSN) Online ID, and I’m experiencing an issue where the old username is still being displayed in EA Sports FC (both FC25 and FC26), as well as previously in the companion app.

To clarify:

- My current PSN ID is updated and correctly shown on my PlayStation account.

- My EA account is properly linked to the correct PSN ID.

- I have already unlinked old accounts and ensured only the current PSN account is connected.

- I have also signed out and back in, cleared cache, and restarted my console.

Despite all of this, it seems that EA servers are still referencing my old username.

Could you please refresh or resync my account data on your end so that my updated PSN ID is reflected correctly across all EA services?
