URGENT: Missing Premium Pass

Hello,

I purchased the game before August 26 with the understanding that this would grant me the Premium Pass with early access. Despite this, the Premium Pass was not unlocked for me. In order to access it, I was forced to spend 1,000 of my 2,000 FC points.

This is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate compensation: please return my 1,000 FC points without delay.
