User Disconnected While I Was Winning Counts as a Loss For Me

Hi EA, I just played a match where I was 5-0 up, the opponent paused the game and disconnected, yet I've received a message saying that I did not finish the game and it counts as a Loss.  I've now ...

Hi there. We're not able to modify match results. If this is happening frequently though, we should go through some connection troubleshooting. Let me know if you'd like to do that. Thanks!
