V sync - Delay issue

System spec: 

Hey ea im asking for the developers to please look into ea fc delay issue a bit more i really think that theres a issue with this game regarding V sync maybe also graphical issue im not too sure but for months ive been expirienceing very bad gameplay responsiveness the only thing that fixed it for me was enabling v sync which kinda dont make any sense 


along with this  ive gotten v sync errors im pretty sure theres somthing going on and i cant put a finger to it 

and to add furthur i enable v sync in my nvidia and ea fc and every time i restard the game it turns back off also i would turn it on the ea general menu setting go into ultimate team and it would be off its very weird please look into
