Venturing Out objective not registering

I started FUT26 after the game was shared on PS Plus, so a late starter.

I need to complete Venturing Out to unlock the transfer market. I've done the 'Complete the Foundations EVO' a few times now but it's not registering. Live agents can't help with this other than telling me to restart and just wait for a solution. Pretty frustrated at everything.
