I have been playing fc26 for over a month. I have div 6, champs, events etc. I have access to the transfer market on my ps5 but not on my companions app it also shows that I have 0 hours 0 min 0sec played. I do not have access to the transfer market on my phone (companions app) any idea why?
The weird thing is that it is able to show my connection quality in prev games.
The contact us section is a joke I have written 8 times to the chat AI to connect me to someone and when I write the issue it keeps on giving me links

Unfortunately we can't look into why folks don't have access to the transfer market on the apps, and we can't directly give access as the system in place for granting access is completely automated. But just to check, when you go on to the app do you see the correct team displayed?

yeah I see my team. It is 100% the correct team. Just the market on my companion app is not showing, I downloaded it 2 days ago. Could this be the reason?
