Visual glitch caused me to lose 2 hard earned evolution players
I was doing an SBC on the EA Companion app and I searched for all Gold and submitted the SBC. However, as I clicked submit, I noticed there were two evolution players in there however they were both showing Gold and their original rating then when I went to go to my squad I noticed two players had gone one was 86 rated and one that was 88 rated. If possible, I would like to get them back in my Club. It was Tyreek Mitchell and Adam Wharton. I would like to get these players back and I’ll be very disappointed if I don’t because I’ve spent a lot of time and coins getting these players this good if I can’t get them back then I realise I should be compensated heavily. All of this has happened because of a sloppy glitch on the app.
Hey all, if you have a video showing the issue we can have the team review it. Anytime they have looked into reports of this the team has never been able to recreate it instead finding it was the result of human error.
We will pass your reports on but without supporting evidence it is unlikely that the team can do anything.
Understand that it's frustrating but going forward I'd recommend double and triple checking before any bids, listings or submissions.
