Visual glitch caused me to lose 2 hard earned evolution players

I was doing an SBC on the EA Companion app and I searched for all Gold and submitted the SBC. However, as I clicked submit, I noticed there were two evolution players in there however they were both showing Gold and their original rating then when I went to go to my squad I noticed two players had gone one was 86 rated and one that was 88 rated. If possible, I would like to get them back in my Club. It was Tyreek Mitchell and Adam Wharton. I would like to get these players back and I’ll be very disappointed if I don’t because I’ve spent a lot of time and coins getting these players this good if I can’t get them back then I realise I should be compensated heavily. All of this has happened because of a sloppy glitch on the app.

    Hey all, if you have a video showing the issue we can have the team review it. Anytime they have looked into reports of this the team has never been able to recreate it instead finding it was the result of human error. 

    We will pass your reports on but without supporting evidence it is unlikely that the team can do anything.

    Understand that it's frustrating but going forward I'd recommend double and triple checking before any bids, listings or submissions.

    Sorry to say RoryJB99​ but there is nothing that we can do in cases of accidental bids, listing or submissions.

    If you accidentally submit an item to an SBC then it is not possible to return the item or reverse the action.

    Yeah there was nothing accidental about it. I searched for low to high Gold’s only, yet two players that I had to put in evolutions which were in fact rated 86 and 88 showed up and not as special cards but as Gold and with their original ratings at which point was too late for me to undo what I had done. So explain to me is a 88 rated card that is a thunderstruck. Would you classify that as a low rated Gold or how about an 86 rated scream card, is that Gold too to me? There is nothing accidental about this. This is just an app that is not fit for purpose and even after how many years I’ve played this franchise and how much money I’ve spent your incompetence leaves me nothing but let down and not even for the first time thanks for nothing.

    Furthermore, I see this issue being on EA side rather than my human error and if you can really not return my Evo players despite how much I would pay for them, I would like to be compensated heavily. So not only have you got a broken game that you have a broken app as well yet you still somehow charged nearly £100 a year for your s*** game.

    As I said RoryJB99​ there is nothing that we can do in cases of accidental submissions.

    If you submitted the items and then agreed to it there is nothing we can do to change this.

  • Same happened to me. My best CB is gone : 85 rated Bisseck evo glitched into 76 rare fold and is probably submitted into Upgrade sbc with 87 Rosa Marquez…gg EA

    At least give us some compensation this is unacceptable as we pay a lot for this game and this is not fair that our hard earned players are missing because of a glitch from your side

    How do you reckon we get the video for it? When we submitted the sbc we didn't know it was a visual glitch our evos looked exactly like their base cards without knowing that those are evo cards we submitted it (because they looked like their base cards). I don't think multiple people will report the same exact issue if it was human error. Companion app showed evo cards as their base card in my case 81 rated gold cherki which was in fact 88 rated evo cherki. This is not a human error

    We do check before submitting the cards but in this case checking won't prevent a thing as what appeared to be a simple gold cherki was my 88 rated evo cherki. How do you prevent this even if you have checked before submitting?

    just to let you know this is still in the game. Squad Build with "gold" as the filter and all visual indicators are base gold cards. Submit and an EVO of said base gold card was gone.

    Do not blame players that this was human error because the QA team does not vet Companion App and Web App bugs the same as game bugs. Acknowledging the bug is the best you can do if you do not provide recourse to get the player back or provide compensation. It should be provided to players that there is a visual bug that can cause them to submit EVOs into SBCs unintentionally.
