Visual glitch caused me to lose 2 hard earned evolution players

Anytime our team has investigated such reports it has always ended up being the result of human error rather than a bug.

I suffered the same. I was doing my sbc and filter comun Gold and appears an mayulu of 75 gbl. Later I saw my active team and the mayulu evo of 90 gbl was gone. It's a mess this game, every year we pay for the same mistakes! And the moderator just says "give a recording of the moment" but how can I record that moment if I never see nothing wrong? It was a comun gold card without evo and the advertisment for remove a card from my active template didn't appear.

This response is horrendous 😂😂 why would anyone think to start screen recording before they do an sbc on the companion app, obviously no one is going to have a video of it. To then dismiss it as human error is sickening. I’ve just been on the live chat and the ea advisor was saying it’s a known issue worldwide yet you’re here talking about human error and accidental submissions. Truly truly awful game and customer service 

This has just happened to me, did an sbc on the app built the squad filtered by golds l, base rashford was in the sbc now somehow my 90 rated evo rashford with over 1000 games is gone. Absolute joke all that time and coins invested for nothing and the EA guy on here asking for video evidence and calling it human error is disgusting. No coincidence that so many people are reporting the same issue 

Hey trystanb14​, anytime our team has looked into this, they haven't been able to reproduce the issue.

That is why we ask whether there is a video, as one showing the issue would be helpful.

Understand it is frustrating, but any time our team has looked into reports of this it they have found human error to be the cause.

We pass all these on to be looked into.

Here you go mate, just happened to me again. As you can see from the screen recordings im doing a 4 of 10 80+ player pick on the companion app using the gold filter option. It puts a gold base gertruida in when he’s really an 86 rated evo card. You can see me log out and back in on the 2nd recording to prove it’s an evo card as don’t want to be submitting it and losing more evos. I look forward to your response on this matter 

As you can clearly see in the second screen recording the card is showing as a base gold with base rating I log out the app log straight back in and he’s still in my squad but he’s now the evo 86 rated version proving this visual glitch does exist and all the instances of players unknowingly submitting their evos into sbc’s weren’t human error and actually an error on your side.
