Why don’t some people receive Tomori/3*84+ pack?!?!

I’ve seen so many people today receive the one they didn’t pick last season pass between Tomori and 3*84+

But why isn’t EVERYBODY receiving it?! Is it again some favoritism?!

I’ve seen some people get VvD or Yaya Touré tradeable…. Again, making the game unfair for the people who don’t get anything
