Why no action against cheating in Fantasy FC League

Studios use new accounts and cheat software to help players get the 20-win rewards for a fee—matching new accounts to players, disconnecting the new accounts after players score, and repeating this to get 20 wins in just 40 minutes. Why does EA not stop this?

Why not detect gameplay data? Studios match main and dummy accounts, score, then use cheats to abort games instantly. Main accounts get 20 wins in 40 mins-1 hour via repeated same-account matchmaking—why no bans for such abnormal data?
