slow motion gameplay again with the latest update...

after downloading todays 1.5.3 patch, all the games im playing is basically in slow motion entire match, capping fps or setting vysnc on does not fix the issue anymore this happens both in every mode including rush. PLEASE fix this asap the unsolved input lag for months already ruined the game, now we cant even enjoy career mode, squad battles and rush...
