Won’t go to next screen

After I play a game I’m stuck on the screen show in the video and it won’t progress to the next. I have waited 15mins 3 times and every time I quit I get a dnf and I keep losing my fut champs. I have restarted my PlayStation, renewed license this been going on since yesterday
