WONT LET ME BUY MORE FC POINTS!!!!!

hi. so i started playing fc26 through the ea play pro yesturday on pc. let nme put on 18k points no problem, now when i try to add points is says error with bank! however i have tryed with a different account and im still having the same issue. my account also has no deopsit restricyions in place. HHHHHEEELLLPPPP!!
