[PC] Some graphics settings are not applied/saved

Hello,

I noticed that the resolution is not being saved or applied. This happens regardless of whether I'm in full-screen or windowed mode.

The maximum FPS and refresh rate settings also keep resetting themselves.

Furthermore, motion blur keeps turning on.

Even after restarting the game, motion blur is back on and the resolution is reset to 4k (my desktop resolution).

RTX 4090
Graphics driver version: 581.29 from September 10, 2025
Windows 11 Pro 24H2
