World tour silver league issue

Hello EA team

I was playing my first league match, then at the kick off my team was all stand still as if each player is separately controlled by single joystick and I can control only one player,, after small seconds the game crashed and I reported it,, however it counted as a loss game and even more worse it didn’t count as a play game in my objectives,, please support in this
