Wrongful Permanent Ban from Online services

Yesterday i did some Trading during the UCL Semi Finals with Answer The Call Cards Base Icon and RTTF cards went from 400k to about 650k projected after everything sold done all the Trading with the Help of Momentum Trends on Fut.gg website and woke up this morning to find out my acc has been Permanently Banned from All Titles of FC/Fifa of online services Past Present and Future for Allegedly Coin Distribution

I have for one never sold or bought a Single Coin in the 12 years of FC/Fifa online ive played and its even more outrageous its my first ever time getting a ban within the 12 years

Hi there. I'm sorry to say, we can't help with bans over the EA Forums. I recommend you submit a dispute so that Terms of Service can investigate the ban for any evidence that would warrant overturning it. Instructions for that can be found in the article here. Thanks!

Any ideas on how long it actually takes for someone to look into this as people ik have had same issues and had to wait months for it to get looked into
