Wrongfully banned

Unfortunate that I have to make this post, I have been on the receiving end of a permanent ban for 'cheating' whilst playing this game on PC. 

My PC is clean never used software or manipulations of game files to gain an advantage. I have appealed this ban 4-5 times and been denied. (I also don't know where to look to even do this)

I have been playing the FIFA/FC series since 2004 and Ultimate Team since 2010. I had  1400+ hours on this game specifically and have spent a fair amount of money on the game for the last 3/4 years.

This is my first year playing on PC since the menus and gameplay is far superior to that on console. I had multiple rank 1's in FUT champions on playstation before my switch and the 2nd one I get this year during Premier League TOTS is when I get banned. The one league I actually care about.

The amount of cheaters I have played throughout the year that I have had to put up with is astronomical considering there is no in-game way to report them. I had 1 weekend league run where I played 7 in a row which completely ruined my whole run. 7 hackers and 3 months later I get banned.

I know I'm not cheating, I have never cheated and I will never cheat. Not only has my Ultimate Team experience been ruined, all my progress into Clubs has also gone because of this. 

This ban has made me question whether to even play this game or any future titles when I haven't done anything wrong and my appeals are just getting denied. 

The photo attached shows just the extent of how bad the hackers are when you can get away with that. But someone that plays/played this game legitimately for 16 years will get the ban. 

If you're thinking of buying this game or a future one on PC think about it because you too could also be wrongfully banned!
