Wrongly Banned for Coin Distribution – Request for Investigation

Hello everyone,

I am posting here because I believe my EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team account was wrongly banned for Coin Distribution.

I have never bought, sold, or transferred Coins, and I have never intentionally participated in Coin Distribution. I only played the game normally and I genuinely do not know what action could have triggered this ban.

I already submitted multiple appeals to EA, but they were rejected without any explanation or evidence of what I supposedly did wrong.

What makes me even more confused is that I had another EA account last year that received a similar Coin Distribution ban, and that restriction was later removed. Because of that experience, I believe false detections can happen.

I am not asking anyone to bypass the rules. I am only asking for my case to be reviewed carefully by a human because I honestly believe this is a mistake.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If any EA Community Manager sees this, I would greatly appreciate if my case could be reviewed again.

I believe this may have been a false detection based on my experience.
